Return and Refund Policy

Skii-High Customs & Candles does not offer refunds or returns unless agreed upon!

All items are customized based on customers request. 

• If there is an obvious issue related to a customized item, owner and customer will workout a solution that works for both parties. 
• Customer has 24-48 hours to report an issue. 
• Items must be returned as is, with no additional damages caused by Skii-High Customs & Candles. 
• Once issue is reported to Skii-High Customs & Candles, a response via email or text will be sent regarding possible solution and or possible refund or exchange. 
• Customer will receive a new item or refund within 7 business days ( in case an item needs to be made over)
